I joined Fitday 12 weeks ago and have been eyeing this room with envy, everyone with some goal or other that they hit ... Wondering if/when it would be my turn??

I hit my first halfway goal this morning ... 12 lbs gone in 12 weeks! WooHoo!!!!

By the end of June it is entirely possible I will be down 24 lbs from the new year, if not sooner.

I find this system the Easiest way to live and I feel like a million bucks. I am doing all this with cancer, can you say stress?? I think it is saving me, body and soul. Thankyou everyone on the boards for the help you have given me from the day I arrived. I have found myself able to help other people, it is a great feeling!
