Default What is positive mental habit?

What behaviors promote good mental health? A person's general wellbeing can be enhanced by a variety of healthy mental practices. Spending time in nature, engaging in meditation or mindfulness exercises, keeping a happy mindset, and fostering healthy relationships are a few of these habits.

I don't know much about positive things, because i didn't have any good experience. My boys were always bad guys, who often cheated on me. And now i simply cannot say why i kept live with them you know. There was one man, who i was mad about, and did everything to preserve our relationships, even using control apps for iphone and read every sms he texted, and even pretended to be him, when texting to other women. Nuts. I really feel ashamed and want to get rid of my complexes and start things over. Yes we broke up eventually
