Congrats on losing the 3lbs in a week and
watching your calories that is the right way to lose weight I'm going to go back to working out at my gym I love the elliptical machines but I need to start doing the crunches and getting my stomach more flatter. |
Congratz! I'm counting carbs and lost 4 pounds in 8 days keeping the carbs under 100 (around 50 net carbs)
