Did 1 hour of weight lifting yesterday...

Did 1 hour of weight lifting yesterday (full-body) and feeling great. Time to change my routine next week as this is 8 weeks of this workout plan that I've done and my body is starting to get used...

Just start off with walking for a couple of days...

Just start off with walking for a couple of days and maybe some squats without weight and use that as a guage. I usually do full workout about a week after food poisoning.
