Default New Year 2013

I hate to put this in the Off Topic section, since it gets spammed so much, but it really is off topic...

There is a Twitter/Facebook/other social media movement going around that suggests, instead of making multiple New Years resolutions, you should choose one word to live by for the whole year. You should allow it to affect your actions, decisions, and thoughts in 2013.

Picking one word may be easy for some...I'm finding it hard and still thinking.

What would your word be?
