Default Ballistic blankets

Hello. We work in facility security and are currently purchasing protective equipment. We're looking into protection against shrapnel and blast waves in emergency situations. Has anyone had any practical experience using ballistic blankets with Level IIIA protection? How effective are they at containing hazardous objects and protecting windows and doors? I'd love to hear from anyone who's purchased this equipment.

Anti-shatter blankets are a specialized item, but they're indispensable for mobile protection. Many security services are now purchasing them to quickly cover window openings or as temporary shields.

We're currently purchasing protective equipment, and I'm reviewing the RTS Tactical ballistic blanket, rated for NIJ Level IIIA protection. Judging by the specs and reviews, this blanket effectively stops fragments, shrapnel, and pistol bullets in .44 Magnum and 9mm calibers. It features durable loops around the perimeter for quick attachment. Has anyone used these blankets in real-world blast suppression? Share your thoughts, and is it worth ordering?
