Default My brain can't handle long courses anymore... help?

Hello. Is it just me, or is it getting impossible to sit through a 1-hour lecture? I really want to improve my communication and soft skills, but my focus is gone after 15 minutes. I’ve been looking for a different way to learn - something quick and interactive that fits into a busy schedule, maybe using AI or daily "bites" of info. Does this "micro-learning" thing actually work for building habits, or is it just a gimmick? Would love to hear how you guys stay consistent.

Hello. I used to think it was a gimmick too, but it’s actually been a game-changer for my consistency. It’s way easier to commit to 10 minutes than an hour. I actually just saw a really interesting thread on Reddit about this. Someone posted their "honest experience" after two weeks of using RiseGuide. It sounds like it fits your criteria perfectly - short sessions and focused on exactly the skills you mentioned. If you want to dig deeper into how it works, just look up that post under riseguide reviews. It’s a pretty balanced take on the pros and cons, so it might help you decide if that format is right for you!
