I was fat again and the in-shape me was really a dream of the fat me- I hope that made sense
I remember feeling soo bummed out that I was fat again- dreams are so weird at times..

That's more of a nightmare than a dream! We're NEVER going back, no way, no how, no matter what.

Ugh, that is a nightmare. Funny how strong they can be at times. I once dreamt that my husband cheated on me, and I was mad at him for a couple of days over it.

Yea, I've had that dream too. I remember being really confused about how that happened, 'cuz I thought I had it all under control.

I guess it is our own little way of reminding ourselves to stay on track and on the program.

That is just TOO Funny.
