What should I look for when choosing a personal injury lawyer? Are there specific credentials, experience, or client reviews that matter most? Any tips for avoiding poor legal representation?

When choosing among personal injury lawyers, it’s critical to select someone with a proven track record, deep legal knowledge, and a commitment to client success.

I recommend visiting the website of Shea & Shea, a personal injury attorney san jose. There are real-life examples of court decisions and compensation for clients. They report having achieved multi-million dollar settlements in various cases, including truck accidents and injuries on corporate premises. While past results are no guarantee of future results, it at least demonstrates the firm's experience handling major litigation.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for recommendations for an attorney who specializes in Denied Social Security Disability Claims. My application was denied, and I want to find a lawyer with a strong track record in handling Denied Social Security Disability Claims and winning appeals.

If anyone has worked with a great disability attorney or has personal experience with the appeals process, I’d really appreciate your recommendations. Thanks!

I'd focus on law firms that have their own website and present everything clearly and in detail. In other words, companies that make a good first impression, inspire confidence, have a solid reputation, and high ratings. For some reason, I'm not a big fan of independent lawyers and generally don't consider them.
