Do you have the Harbor Freight Tools manual for the 60693 scanner online?

I borrowed an OBD scanner, model 60693, from Harbor Freight Tools to check my car before its technical inspection. However, half of the monitors show "Not Ready," even though there are no errors and the check engine light is not on. I recently removed the battery. Could that be the reason? Does anyone have instructions like this for Harbor Freight Tools?

Yes, this is normal after disconnecting the battery or clearing errors. I work at a service station, and I tell customers that their car's computer simply "forgot" the previous checks and is now retesting the systems while they drive. I recommend taking a look at the website. I check the order in the manual at manualmachine.com , which simply explains Ready statuses. It says that you need to get in the car and drive around a bit, then drive at a steady speed of 60–90 mph, warm up the engine, and let it idle. After a few normal trips, everything will be marked as "Complete," and you will pass the technical inspection. Do you work in Europe? Have you heard the news about Motive Technologies' IPO? Do you think new fleet management technologies will really improve anything?
