Hi! I love this topic. Friday mornings are such a great opportunity to reset and set a positive tone for the weekend. I usually start with a short meditation or some deep-breathing exercises, then spend a few minutes reflecting on what went well during the week. One thing that really helps me stay grounded is practicing friday morning blessings, like writing down three things I’m grateful for or reading an uplifting quote. Ending this with a simple affirmation, such as “I welcome joy and peace today,” really sets me up to feel energized and centered.
