Default How to improve sleep without pills?


Guys, hello! I have been suffering from insomnia for several weeks. I don’t seem to be very nervous, and I don’t drink coffee at night, and I can’t sleep until three o'clock in the morning. Pills I do not want to drink - fear of addiction. Maybe someone tried natural remedies? Something to do without chemicals, but really helped to relax and sleep peacefully.

Try CBD products - these are natural supplements that help reduce stress and normalize sleep. I take CBD Balance Lemon oil 30% from here. It is certified, without GMO and really works. After a week of sleep became more, anxiety less. Plus taste pleasant, lemon. I recommend starting with small dose, the effect is mild but stable.
