How to improve sleep without pills?

Guys, hello! I have been suffering from insomnia for several weeks. I don’t seem to be very nervous, and I don’t drink coffee at night, and I can’t sleep until three o'clock in the morning. Pills I do not want to drink - fear of addiction. Maybe someone tried natural remedies? Something to do without chemicals, but really helped to relax and sleep peacefully.
