Default Is it worth renting a yacht for a week in the Seychelles?

We are planning vacation in the Seychelles and are thinking about renting a yacht for a week. But we have doubts: is it really convenient or too expensive? I heard that you can spend the night right on board, and this is an alternative to a hotel. Has anyone tried it? How much does week of rent cost, and how comfortable is it to live on a yacht with friends? I don’t want to spend a huge amount and then regret it. I am waiting for your advice and real reviews.

A week on a yacht is the best way to see the Seychelles. The boat rental seychelles website has convenient packages, including long-term rentals. There you can find a catamaran with cabins and a kitchen, which can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. Prices start from about 4-5 thousand euros per week, but if you divide it among the whole company, it turns out to be quite reasonable. Plus, this is not only transportation, but a full-fledged vacation: you will have a captain, you can order food, and also choose a VIP yacht charter for maximum comfort. The trick is that you wake up every morning on a new island: today La Digue, tomorrow Praslin, the day after tomorrow - an uninhabited lagoon. It's much more interesting than sitting in one hotel. And in terms of emotions - a completely different level.

I rented a yacht for a week in 2023. There were five of us traveling. It was not as expensive as it seemed at first glance. It is especially convenient that you can cook your own food on board, and sometimes we stopped in ports and tried local restaurants. The feeling of freedom is incredible. However, it is better to think through the route in advance so as not to waste time. I recommend it!

Greetings! If a caribbean catamaran rental is on your list, then check out what Sailica has to offer. Just provide your requirements, and it quickly shows personalized options. You can also read many useful articles for sea travelers.
