What to do in Barcelona in one day?

I have a long flight with a 10-hour layover in Barcelona, and I'm wondering whether I should go out into the city and have a look around or stay in the lounge and wait. Fellas, if you've been here before, please write where I should go first. And recommend a good place to have lunch.

What's the next stop, if it's not a secret? Of course, you should see the Sagrada Familia first, and you should only go on a tour inside if there is a short line. If you arrive in Barcelona during the day, you definitely shouldn't stay in the lounge, because 10 hours will be very boring. Read the blog getexperience what to do Barcelona . I think most of the famous places in Barcelona are close by, and you can see everything in time. You can have lunch in Plaça de Catalunya, where there are many good restaurants. Or if you want a really good restaurant, go to Disfrutar, which is one of the top 50 restaurants in the world, and accordingly, the average check per person is 100 euros.
