Do small overdue debts stay in your record forever?

A few years ago, I missed some small payments on my mobile contract and later repaid them. I’m wondering if such things remain in my credit report forever or if they disappear after some time. I worry it might still affect my ability to get a loan even though everything was paid back.

Most overdue debts don’t remain in your credit history forever, but they can stay visible for a significant period. For example, late payments may be reported for up to three years, and larger defaults can appear even longer. To check what’s still on your record, you can review it here: https://lovilave.com.ua/blog/yak-per...dytnu-istoriyu. Once the set period passes, those records usually drop off automatically, provided the debts were settled. In your case, since it was a small overdue payment already repaid, it’s likely only visible for a limited time and will stop affecting your score after the reporting period ends. Regularly checking your report helps you track when those negative marks expire.
