Default Toothbrushing as a diet aid?

Any of you use scrubbing the pearly-whites as a way of limiting your eating?

I wish that worked for me!

The only food I can't eat after brushing is citrus fruit. It taste funny.

When I go to the trouble of brushing and flossing,which is a lot of work, I am not about to undo it all by eating something!!lol

That is so funny--I do the same thing lol After each meal I go floss and brush so I won't snack in between meals.....plus, I love having clean teeth
