I need some help. I recently lost access to the phone number linked to my SASSA account, and now I can’t receive the OTP to change it. I’m trying to figure out how to SASSA change phone number without OTP, but I haven’t found a clear solution.

Has anyone successfully done this, and if so, what steps did you take? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue, whether online, in person, or through SASSA customer support.
