Hi everyone,
I’ve recently been diving into the concept of the 21-hour work week and am curious about how people structure their checklists to stay productive within such limited hours. How do you prioritize tasks, set realistic goals, and manage distractions? Are there specific tools or techniques you find particularly effective?
I’d love to hear from others who’ve adopted this approach. What does your weekly routine look like, and how do you handle tasks that might spill over the allocated time? Any tips or resources are greatly appreciated!
Looking forward to your insights!
Thanks!

I prioritize tasks by focusing on the most important ones first, using methods like the Eisenhower Matrix to separate urgent and non-urgent tasks. I set realistic goals by breaking down large tasks into smaller, manageable chunks and time-blocking them throughout the week. To help with this, I rely on my 21 Hour Work Week Checklists, which break down my tasks for each day to ensure I stay on track. I use tools like Notion or Google Calendar to schedule my tasks and track progress. To manage distractions, I turn off unnecessary notifications and use techniques like Pomodoro for focused work sessions. For tasks that spill over, I adjust by re-evaluating priorities in my weekly review and moving non-urgent tasks to the next week.
