Hi all! I accidentally made a typo when booking my plane ticket, and now I’m panicking. Does anyone know if it’s possible to change the name on a plane ticket after it’s been issued? I’ve heard mixed things about how strict airlines are. If it’s doable, is there a fee? I’d love some clarity on this so I can figure out my next steps.

Hey there! Don’t worry too much—it depends on the airline, but in most cases, you can make changes if it’s just a minor typo. Airlines like British Airways or Delta allow small corrections for free or a small fee. If it’s a full name change, that’s trickier, as some carriers like Ryanair or budget airlines may charge hefty fees or require a new ticket altogether. The process often involves calling customer service or filling out an online form. A great resource for this topic is this website. It has an airline-by-airline breakdown and some tips to make the process smoother. Hope it helps!

Thanks for asking this, and thanks for the answer, I had no idea there were so many variables! I’ve always worried about getting a ticket name wrong, so it’s good to know there’s some flexibility. I’ll definitely check out that blog to see what to do if it ever happens to me.

Hi. Reliability is what users value when choosing an online ticketing platform, as it determines whether or not a person will be able to attend the event they need. By providing a 100% guarantee that every customer will get the ticket they need, StubHub's online platform has become very popular. Customers usually have no problems when ordering tickets from them, as evidenced by the information here https://stubhub.pissedconsumer.com/c...r-service.html so many people rate their services highly.
