How to find a good online trainer for stretching?
#1
Hi, I've recently decided to get serious about stretching, and I'm thinking of trying online workouts. Can anyone advise on how to find a good trainer for this? I would like the trainer to be experienced and be able to give really helpful advice

If you want real stretching training, I recommend checking out this link right here: Guinness World Records' Author's Method for the Most Flexible Man on the Planet. Even after the age of 30, you can become flexible as a stretching coach. This site has the first free training session, and they promise that you can get on the twine at any age if you practice 2-3 times a week for an hour

I ordered bike shorts in a beautiful color and was very excited. However, they had a super weird fit. I'm a size 12-14 and followed their size guide, but while the shorts fit well around the hips, the leg openings were loose - I could fit three fingers in the gap between the hem and my leg. I've never seen bike shorts fit like this, and I have an average body shape.
There's nowhere to leave a review on site https://alo-yoga.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , which makes me think they cherry-pick reviews to maintain a high rating. I wish I'd checked other review sites before buying. Returning the shorts from outside the US isn't worth the cost. You can check Alo Yoga customer service for more information.
