I don't use a specific calisthenics workout app myself, but I've heard great things about Muscle Booster calisthenics workout . It seems to offer personalized workouts and coaching, which can be helpful for those looking to incorporate calisthenics into their fitness routine.

I was aspiring to create my own fitness apps, but I came to the realization that I needed professional help to make this idea a reality. I ended up contacting Cogniteq and they did a great job. Their development team helped me bring all my ideas to life, creating an application that perfectly suits my requirements. My app now allows users to enjoy calisthenics training by giving them access to a wide selection of exercises and training programs. If you have an interest in creating your own calisthenics app, I can share my experience and tell you more about how Cogniteq helped me in this process.

Recently I saw a girl in the gym with some soft, but very secure wrist wraps – not straps or hooks. She said that they make it easier to switch between exercises, especially for the back and pulls. Has anyone tried these things? I’m interested in how durable they are, whether they are suitable for beginners, and whether they can be used for high-rep work?

About workout grips - this is one of those accessories that can make exercising much more comfortable. I've often been asked whether it's worth investing in special straps or grips, and my answer is a definite yes! I use Versa Wrapps , and they have helped me increase my workout time without discomfort in my arms. They don't interfere with movement and give you freedom, which is especially important for difficult exercises. I can say from experience that these are some of the best straps I've tried.

Let’s be honest, these aren’t 100% personalized workouts. No matter how many quizzes you take, no matter how many workout plans there are in the app, they’re still gonna be pretty standard workout programs that are more universal. But that doesn’t mean I don’t recommend the apps. I’m currently training through https://madmuscles.com/ and I think for the price of the subscription, it’s an awesome option for regular workouts both at home and at the gym.
