Hey everyone, I've been really focused on taking better care of my health lately. What are some things you all do to stay healthy?

For me, it's all about regular exercise. I make sure to hit the gym at least three times a week and incorporate some outdoor activities like hiking on weekends. It not only keeps me fit but also clears my mind.
