Default Disc Golf Delight!

Hey fellow disc golf enthusiasts! I'm super excited to join this community and share my passion for this amazing sport! From the exhilarating feeling of nailing a perfect throw to the camaraderie and fun with friends on the course, disc golf has completely captured my heart. I also want to share what I think is a useful resource for disc golf enthusiasts: https://golfswingguru.com/ . Whether you're a seasoned pro or a newbie like me, let's exchange tips, tricks, and stories of our best (and worst) shots. I'm eager to learn from you all and grow together in this fantastic sport! So, let's tee off this discussion and make this forum the go-to place for all disc golf lovers!

I thought those things were called frisbees. By the way, I only recently realized that when people say we need daily activity, it doesn’t have to mean gym, running, yoga and all that. I mean, there are so many options actually.

That’s why when people say they don’t like sports, I’m like, how can you say that without trying everything first? Basically any kind of sport is still activity. Just pick what you enjoy. Personally, I prefer classic strength training, so the gym is where I go almost every day. I just got weightlifting grips for beginners. I didn’t know which ones to choose, but I figured I needed them, so I went with the beginner option to keep it simple. Training got easier and lifting weights feels safer now.
