My pants don't fit...enough said. Back on track today though.

Start Weight: 204.6 lbs
Today: 196.6 lbs
April 1, 2011: 182lbs
July 1, 2011: 163.8lbs
Oct 1, 2010: 147.4lbs
Goal: 140 lbs

I did.

I gained 8 lbs between Halloween and New years. Ugh! So I'm calling "do overs". I started again on the second and have lost 3.5 lbs already. Water weight I'm sure, but I'm still counting it.

For all the food and deserts I ate between Christmas and New Year's it's a wonder I didn't gain any weight. I ate two dozen peanut butter cookies alone. Of course I increased my workouts last week. Since going back to my normal eating habits this week I do feel a lot better.

I'm suppose to be doing a half marathon in May.
