For all the food and deserts I ate between Christmas and New Year's it's a wonder I didn't gain any weight. I ate two dozen peanut butter cookies alone. Of course I increased my workouts last week. Since going back to my normal eating habits this week I do feel a lot better.

It’s so tricky to focus on anything productive during the holidays! All I want to do is relax, watch TV, and completely unwind. To make sure I have plenty of entertainment options, I already called the tv guide magazine phone number and asked them to subscribe me. With so many shows and holiday specials, I figured it’s the perfect time to have a little extra guidance on what to watch. The holidays are all about taking it easy, so I’m definitely making the most of it with some cozy downtime. What are you all doing to relax this season?
