To maximize muscle growth, aim for about 1.6 to 2.2 grams of protein per kg of body weight daily.

To maximize muscle progress, most research suggests consuming around 1.6 to 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. Athletes or those doing intense resistance training might benefit from the higher end of that range.
