Losing weight is not a simple solution. It would be best if you considered many factors and everyone differs as far as their approach to weight loss is concerned. My doctor prescribed me Xenical (find info about it at Canadian pharmacy) but this doesn't mean it will work for everyone. Every person should consult with a doctor before they start doing something to lose weight. It's essential that you know what your doctor prescribed you and why.
