I agree, maintain my weight by working out 2-3 hours every day. I started with vegetable smoothies (1 cup of kale, 1 cup of spinach, 1/2 of broccoli, 1 piece of lemon/ lime, 1 scoop of protein powder). I have one small bowl equivalent of 1 cup of soup ( 3 pieces of apple/carrots for a snack) for lunch. 1 small bowl of soup and 1 small bowl of fried rice for dinner.
