There are available sugar-free (or those with less sugar) ice creams in the market so when I'm craving, I usually buy those! I think Ben & Jerry's has one with less calories, I might try that one out next time.

Here are some of my favorite ice creams which I love to eat because they contain low-Calorie.
  • Yasso.
  • Skinny Cow.
  • Wink Frozen Desserts.
  • Peekaboo.
  • Breyers.

ice cream are alwaysd healthy minus the sugar it helps me in relieving acidity.

I love Yasso. It is a low fat ice-cream made from yogurt which is rich in protein.

There are these natural home made ice creams with fruits where you put lets say strawberries in the blender then you freeze them and TAAA DAAA all natural. Has anyone done that before? I would like to know if its a good idea to add honey in the blender.

I have made such ice creams - although I think they are more like fruit ices than ice creams. Still delicious, though. Can't beat the value of cutting out those calories (adding honey might lessen that benefit...)

I love ice cream! There are so many delicious and healthy options out there. One of my favorites is Halo Top Ice Cream.
