If you want to use it then its your choice, but I would like to suggest you that you should exercise daily if you want to build your body, eat healthy and balanced diet. You can also follow a diet chart to keep your self healthy and it will also help you in building body.

I think there are some vitamins much more important than others. Vitamin D and fish oil are very good for you. If you are going to supplement with Vitamin D you should take calcium and K2 though, also. Above that -- maybe a multivitamin.

sherryyyy 03-21-2017 03:25 AM

You can, they are not harm full but you should not abuse or over use it.Take a month's gap after consuming for 3 months.Drink a lot of water, ( specially in case of consuming creatines).

EdilbertaGomez 04-19-2017 07:44 PM

Do you mean BCAA supplements? I believe this is what many gym enthusiasts recommend to many health conscious people who are active in gym and doing some workouts specially those who are doing some body building and heavy workouts. i am not really sure if it has side effects or something but it reduces muscle fatigue and speeds up recovery of muscles.

Your doctor probably doesn't know anything about supplements (and might recommend Centrum as a 'good' multivitamin!). Do your own research, find someone you trust (a naturopath?) that could guide you to the best supplements for you. Find a pharmaceutical grade (or as clean as you can get) supplement so you know you are getting what you pay for. Yes, good supplements do cost more!

It all depends on your health conditions, while taking supplements manufactured from a trusted company do not harm body.

Ilona21 10-10-2020 08:14 PM

We traditionally pay a lot of attention to the parts and functions of our body that seem to us the most important - the heart and blood vessels, the nervous system and the brain, the musculoskeletal system, skin, vision and hearing, etc. At the same time, one of the most important organs of our body, which is largely responsible for good health, we often bypass.

Is Nutrition Supplement is Good for Health?

Is Supplement Good for Health? Here I can tell you.

  • Zinc.
  • Vitamin D.
  • Vitamin C and E.
  • Fish oil.
  • Calcium.
  • Folic acid.

Yes, some supplements can assure that you will get a sufficient amount of the important substances the body needs to function; Others can help reduce the risk of illness. But supplements can't replace the full meals that are essential for a healthy diet – therefore, make sure you also eat a variety of foods.

indimedo.anubhav 04-25-2022 10:53 PM

Yes, nutrition supplements are good for health if you are taking multivitamins, omega's, and protein. In our society, there is a misconception about nutrition supplements. There is a lot of difference between nutrition supplements and dipping (steroids). Nutrition supplements are those that help in fulfill your essential micronutrition. If you are not able to fulfill your micro nutritions by your daily diet, then there is nothing wrong with consuming nutrition supplements. But it is important to buy those supplements from an authentic shop or online store.
Good luck with your health journey and be safe.

PreranaKaalki 04-27-2022 04:18 PM

Yes, supplements ensure that you get all the necessary vitamins. Certain supplements, when used correctly, may help reduce the risk of certain diseases. However, you should be careful with their dose. So consult your doctor before taking supplements.

trgnyt 04-30-2022 01:31 AM

Yes some side effects are there so please consult your family physician before using them.

indimedo.anubhav 06-07-2022 10:39 PM

Nutrition supplement is good for health as it helps your body to get all the nutrition that it is not able to get from the food we eat. But eating authentic nutrition supplements is also very important. Otherwise, instead of benefiting your body, it can harm it.

PriyankaRathod 10-19-2022 06:15 PM

There are many different nutrition supplements on the market, and each may have its own side effects. Before using any supplement, you must speak to your doctor to ensure that it is safe for you and will not cause any adverse reactions. Some common side effects of nutrition supplements used for bodybuilding include muscle pain, dehydration, weight gain/loss, diarrhea/constipation, gastric distress/pain, nausea, or vomiting. In extreme cases, some people have even developed T-cell lymphoma. Before using a supplement, make sure that you research what ingredients are in it and how they might interact with other drugs you are taking. Also, be aware that some supplements contain substances such as steroids which could result in serious health risks if taken improperly.

i've been taking vital herbal horny goat weed for a while. I think it works well for me, I take it right after my lunch since I go to work out in the evening and it just helps give me the extra boost of energy I need. I haven’t had any stomach issues with it either which is a huge plus. you can try it

Rathbon 10-20-2022 08:43 PM

it still depends on what brand that you are using and your current health. if you're finding supps for bodybuilding, give sotalix turkesterone a try. I’ve been taking this for about 1 month now and I feel like it works great! I’ve added two pounds without gaining fat, I’ve increased my lifts, and I have more stamina and energy! Highly recommend!

Good nutrition is essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and it is especially important for dental patients. For many people, a balanced diet and regular exercise may not be enough to support a healthy lifestyle, and this is where nutritional supplements can be beneficial. This comment will discuss how nutritional supplements can be beneficial for dental patients, and why they should consider including them in their diet.

Matthew006 02-07-2023 08:52 PM

Nutrition is fundamental for overall health and wellbeing, and supplements can be a great way to support your body when dietary sources of certain nutrients may be lacking. However, it's important to recognize that nutrition in pill form can have different effects on individuals and may even cause harm if taken incorrectly. For dental patients in particular, nutrition supplementation can be beneficial and it's important to be mindful of the potential side effects that can arise.

Matthew47 02-07-2023 08:57 PM

Absolutely Yes

It is good to take nutritional supplements as it helps in fulfilling our daily nutrition needs. I use whey protein and have been using it since years and it helped me fulfilling my daily protein intake. I use Steadfast Nutrition products for premium sports nutrition.

Supplements should be taken if needed! If your health is alright, than you do not need any kind of supplements for intake. If you're not into bulking then it will effect your body mass.

Hey Sid,

I suggest you to start with 5 grams of creatine in breakfast (better in shakes). Creatine bloating is actually not a thing. Creatine has been medically proven to be very safe and effective for muscle gains. You can say it's increase the water weight of your body but you can control this with different ways. Is Nutrition Supplement is Good for Health?

Off course, it is because they help us fulfils our daily needs like protein intake, multivitamin intake and so on. For example if my weight is 80 kgs than i need somewhere around 150 to 160 grams of protein, which is not easy to get from meals so we take whey protein shakes and protein bars to fulfill them.

cynthialopez 03-29-2023 01:44 AM

Nutrition supplements can be good for health in certain circumstances. For example, if someone is not able to get all the essential nutrients they need from their diet, then taking a supplement can help fill those gaps. Similarly, some people may have specific health conditions that require additional nutrients, and supplements can be a way to address those needs.

However, it's important to note that not all supplements are created equal, and some may not be necessary or even safe. It's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking medications that could interact with the supplement.

In general, it's best to prioritize a healthy, balanced diet that provides all the essential nutrients your body needs. Supplements should be used as a supplement to a healthy diet, not a replacement for it.

ellesmith 09-06-2023 10:26 PM

Nutrition supplements can be beneficial for health when used appropriately and under the guidance of a healthcare professional. However, their effectiveness and safety can vary depending on individual circumstances and needs. Nutrition supplements can be a valuable addition to a person's health regimen when used appropriately and in the context of an overall healthy diet. However, it's crucial to approach supplementation with caution, seek guidance from healthcare professionals, and avoid overreliance on supplements as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet rich in whole foods. <!--td {border: 1px solid #cccccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}-->intellectual wellness meaning

Nutrition supplements like vitamins, minerals, and protein powders are great for filling nutritional gaps and supporting overall health. For bodybuilders, peptides can be a valuable addition, aiding in muscle growth, recovery, and fat loss. If you're looking to enhance your performance, you might want to purchase peptide supplements. I'm not recommending them specifically, but I have used BC9 Peptides in the past. If you're considering purchasing, be sure to do your own research first to ensure quality and effectiveness.

gabe_ross19 12-06-2024 08:04 AM

I believe that instead of taking supplements, we must look for healthy foods and prepare a proper balanced diet. It is as good as having the supplements. Also it has become very difficult to find the correct supplements which includes proper vitamins.
