Subway diet beginner
Well I'm new and I just signed in. I'm about to start the Subway Diet plan and see how it will work. I am 68 years old, 5ft-10ins and weigh 300 lbs. I'm retired and play golf 2/3 times a week, but it's getting harder. Poor painful knees..!!! I guess if Jared can do it, I can as well. Any Subway dieters out there let me know your secrets, successes and pitfalls. I'll keep you all posted on mine. Thanks..!!!

I've always thought about trying this. A year ago I was 330 lbs, and know my current weight is 290. I was able to achieve this through the support of lifestyle coaches, and trying to get in 30 minutes of excersise a day in. For me the best part of losing is, keeping in mind why I wanted to to being with. Here's to success in your journey.
