Wink My weight loss story

Hello everyone, my story is as follows:

I had a very difficult time losing weight on my own. I got depressed because I could not get into anything anymore, had no energy shortness of breath, Intestinal problems, gerds, sleep apnea. On December 18 I went to Dr. Poon's Matabolic Diet Clinic in Pickering. They weigh you every two weeks, check your BMI, water retention, how much to lose etc. I am on a High Protein, Low Carb Diet and have lost 22 lbs in 5 weeks and feel terrific. My knee and back pain has disapeared as has my digestion and acid reflex. I have dropped two sizes in pants and feel terrific, As well I do daily exercises, stretching, treadmill, light exercise and reading. the Fit Day program is terrific, I log my activity and food every day and can keep track of everything. I made up my mind that this is a lifestyle change for life and I was going to do it. Things can only be positive from here.

Highest weight 234 (10 years ago)

Starting Weight 185.8 (4/10/12)
First Goal 160 (7/10/12) 161.2
Second Goal 155 (8/31/12)
Current Weight 166 and struggling (5/19/14)
Goal - 140# lose weight slowly, build muscle & lower body fat
