Hi everyone, I just joined today! Now that the holidays are over I'm ready to get serious about following a paleo lifestyle plan. Is anyone on here eating paleo? I sure could use some tips and advise..meal ideas?? Anything would help
cant wait to chat with everyone!

I have done a low-carb diet on and off a couple of times, so I'm familiar with the format. I understand that the paleo thing doesn't let you have dairy, which seems restrictive, but that may be the only difference to what I've done with the "protein power" Eades diet.
The toughest part is the first few days. If you can take it one day at a time those first few days, it definitely gets easier.
"Low carb friends" web forum has the best low carb recipe collection I've ever found. Go there for recipe ideas if you are allowed. Try to have some sort of high protein or low carb snacks ready daily, as that is a tough part.... finding something to nom on that's not carby. Good luck!

I'm new as well. Looking forward to starting this journey, learning as I go, and making connections! I've got a long journey ahead (100+ lbs), and am definitely ready to take my first steps. Look forward to reading the forum posts and finding some great tips!
