Yay, another Aussie! How are you going? I'm trying this site as Weightwatchers is so expensive. I figured if I commit to entering information every day it'll keep me motivated. I wanted to sign up for Premium to get rid of the crazy ads but only US and Canadian addresses are accepted. So I downloaded the iPhone app for $1.99 and although it hasn't got good reviews, I'm finding it really useful and no ads! How much weight do you want to lose? I'm aiming for 10kg to get back to a healthy BMI. Currently 80kg

Im doing good thanks ! I tried wieght watchers about ten years ago, and like you, found it expensive in the end. Ive tried multiple diets etc, but found them to constrictive.. Just over 12 months ago I wieghed about 88kgs. felt horrible, unfit etc. I joined a gym in WA where i was living at the time, and joined Roller Derby..

So, how are you? whats your plan of attack ! ??

Wow, you've had a hell of a 12 month roller coaster ride! So cool that you do Roller Derby
We have the Sunshine Coast Assassins locally and they're a great bunch of girls. I met them at an open day event a couple of months ago. I used to play Rugby Union and was always covered in bruises so I've given up on the rough stuff. I've bought some sports bands to help me tone up my thigh flab and tuckshop arms but overdid it on the weekend and now have a very stiff neck! I do Zumba on Mondays but I often have to go interstate with my work so can't always get to classes. I lost 0.5kg last week just cutting down the calories but I have a history of starting well but then losing motivation so we'll see how the next few weeks go. Seems like you only have a few kilos to go but I know the last ones are often the hardest to shift! Let me know how you go over the next few weeks
