Group Goals
I just joined Fitday and have also started a weightloss group at work. We will be weighing in every two weeks to see who has lost the most body fat. I a psyched to get started since I am at my heaviest weight EVER! 15 years ago I was a svelt 123lbs, muscular. Now I am a lumpy 164lbs I need to get my lazy butt moving but that is my biggest hurdle. Tomorrow morning I plan to start my exercise routine. Lord knows I have enough exercise DVDs. Running outside is out of the question, even early in the morning it's so hot and humid. Wish me luck and feel free to shake a finger at me if I'm slacking, lol!

Body Fat Calculations
I used an online tool to calculate my body fat using my mearsurements (waist, forarm and wrist) height and weight. I don't know how accurate it is but that is what I have at my disposal right now. The others in my group have not signed up to fitday yet, but I am highly recommending it
