Trying to put ON weight: how do I set my goal?
Hey everyone, I actually am trying to get UP to a healthy weight. Does anybody know how to set the goal weight? (current goal is 63 kg). It keeps not accepting it, and saying 'your goal weight is higher than your current weight'. Suggestions?
I think there would be a lot of people trying to put on a healthier weight that would really appreciate this site I actually found out about FitDay as it was recommended for this very reason - whether one's healthy goal weight is above or below their current

There are a lot of people, and this question comes up frequently (in fact, just 2 days ago).

However, it's a great place to learn a lot about nutrition and exercise and meet some fun folks!
