Help, how do I track my weight, food diary and activity on free fitday?

I used this website a number of years ago, and I could easily see where to track everything, but I already spent 5 minutes looking at this site and can't see the links/icons to click on.

FitDay no longer offers FitDay Premium. If you try to buy it they put up a post that they’re not offering it. If you already have it like I do keep it because you won’t be able to replace it.
Their graphics no longer appear however and as far as I can tell they no longer offer any support of any kind.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have one or two of my own. If I upgrade to premium do they have more foods? I couldn;t find a tomato or an all beef hot dog (without the bun). Are they that unusual?
