hi everyone, i am back to it today after loosing 30 lbs last year and almost getting to goal i slipped and the weight has been slowly creeping back on, so today i have decided no more excuses, excercise and healthy eating here i come!!! i think the sun making an apperence has helped make my decision as none of my summer clothes fit or feel comfortable on me, so just wanted to wish you all good luck on your journeys too

Well Mummy, maybe we can get there together. I had reached my goal weight, was in the smallest size jeans I have ever been, and then had 2different surgeries had to recover from that, started running again, and tore up my knee. Had knee surgery 15 months ago, and have never truly recovered physically but especially mentally.
It is spring here and has been very warm and after buying larger capri's to wear to work last week, I did a head slap and decided I truly need to take care of me.
I'll be you cheerleader if you'll be mine!

Good luck to you, mummy4. Hope all goes well.
I'm new to fitday. Like stressa, I had knee surgery. Eight weeks ago, I had my ACL replaced. Prior to that I was a big runner. Now I need to drop 20 pounds to get back to where I was. Any/all suggestions are welcome. My weakness is the weekends. I can be good during the week (eating sensibly and exercising), but lose it on the weekends. And once I start to eat... Well, you can guess the rest.
