Question I don't understand the site quite good.. Need some help.

So, I know how to search/log the food but I still don't know some things:

1. How can I create a meal and save it? Because when I log food it keeps logging and logging every time I search for something. I want to separate the foods by meals, that way I can see what % of macro's the meal has.

2. How can I track my progress here on the site? I want to be on a calorie surplus and track that.

I hope I made myself clear, thank you very much!

Also,

1) you can separate foods by creating a custom food called "--------------------------" for example.

2) Just eat more than your calorie balance.
