Lost 32lbs in 3 months last year!
Hello...my name is Juliana. I'm not new to FitDay but am new to the forums. Last year, I signed up for the Gold's Gym 12 week Transformation Challenge. I weighed 206lbs in January 2011. During the 12 week course, I used FITDAY to track my foods and activities. I went on a healthy diet consisting of veggies, fruits, fish, and chicken. I also incorporated exercise in my daily activities to include polynesian (tahitian) dancing, jogging, and boxercising. I lost a whopping 35lbs at my final weigh in and WON first place!
Here I am again signed up for this years Gold's Gym Transformation Challenge! My goal is to get down to 150lbs or loose 30lbs in 12 weeks. FitDay helped me accomplished my goal last year and I am certain it will this year. |
Welcome back! And yes, I will attest that if you use FitDay consistently and truthfully, it DOES work (as you've found out). I'm sure you'll meet your next goal--let us know how it goes.
