hello everyone
i'm new to this and i wanted to wish everyone luck on their weight loss journey! I'm re-starting my weight loss once again....which seems to be common eventhough it doesn't make even the slightest sense at all why i ALWAYS quit when it's working....i know, i don't get it either
...anyways iv lost 10lbs but iv quit over a month ago...luckily i didn't gain anything but 3 lbs of it bak...im gonna do my best to exercise everyday on my treadmill for 30min minimum and try and stick to my diet (which is an 1100 cal diet) ...i want this weight gone so bad. makes me sick lookin in the mirror now, i need to lose 40lbs and i need to gete on it and lose it before it gets worse. wish me luck and again good luck to all and be safe

Welcome Kawasaki, I'm new here too. I had fallen off the wagon over Christmas and gain 10+ lb back. I find that if I have a goal I will exercise great and eat really healthy but once the goal is reached it's like "well...now what?" and the weight comes back. I new someone who had done Herbal Magic before and learned some great tips along the way.
-Try to eat you're carbs before noon or before your exercise so your body will burn it off.
-White fish (cod, haddock) are great as their very low in calories. I eat atleast once/week
-Vitamin B increases the metabolism and helps burn protein, fat and carbs faster.
Anyways, I'm sure you'll get the help thats needed. I wish you luck.
