Weight Loss
Hi,
I am new here and I have been losing weight since April ( a total of 32lbs) I am however not doing it the right way. I want in the new year to start exercising and changing my eating habits to keep all the weight off. I like weight watchers however I am always happy to learn new weight loss tricks.

Hi Jennifer,
Welcome. I can tell you from experience, whatever diet you choose, you will be a ton more successful if you log every gram that goes into your mouth. Have you set up your log yet? If not get started girl! There is a bunch of experience and advice to share here, so hop on in... the water's fine!
