Default trying to make a fresh start and feel better

I'm getting out of a 5 year relationship and looking to start taking better care of myself since I will actually have some free time and time to myself (I have a 2 1/2 year old so it was hard to find time to exercise between him and school). My ultimate goal is to lose 30 lbs. over the next year. Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated

malcolm_r;66764,

Some of the best tips I've recieved is to start with small steps & to focus on new healthy habits to incorporate into daily/weekly routine. One habit at a time. I wish you the best as you find your way down the scales!
