Default Hello!

Hi new to Fitday, but am finding it to be a great way to track both fitness and nutrition. I would like to gain weight, but the program does not allow your goal weight to be higher then current weight. Well any way seams to be a great program otherwise.

I think gaining muscle is harder than loosing fat actually - but still possible.
Like one said: Anything is possible if you are ready to pay the price for it.

Hello everybody!!

I'm newbie here. I am the student. My hobbies are using computer and internet surffing. Many good thing I found here, which are very attractive thats why I join this forum. have a nice day guys!

Yes ...you may be correct. I've have never been on the other end of things, but I sure think it can be a challange.
