Default New to FitDay

Does anyone have any great tips or tricks to losing weight that you have learned from FitDay besides being consistent and sticking to the correct number of calories. Thanks,

I lose better when my protein makes up about 30% of my calories. A good split that works well for most is 40/30/30 of Carbs/Protein/Fat. Get your carbs from vegetables, whole grains and some fruit instead of processed foods and simple carbs like white bread and sugar. Good luck on your journey.
