Does anyone have any great tips or tricks to losing weight that you have learned from FitDay besides being consistent and sticking to the correct number of calories. Thanks, :)

I lose better when my protein makes up about 30% of my calories. A good split that works well for most is 40/30/30 of Carbs/Protein/Fat. Get your carbs from vegetables, whole grains and some fruit instead of processed foods and simple carbs like white bread and sugar. Good luck on your journey.
