Default Hello Everyone!

I just joined this website. I am very unhappy with myself and haven't been able to lose weight, however, I hope this website will help me with my goal of losing 30 pounds. I would love to be friends with anyone on here to support each other! Good luck to everyone!

Yes, you'll find this site VERY helpful. But it's what you put into it. If you're serious about using all of the tools and resources, logging everything you eat, you'll find that this site will not just help with your diet but also with your training, if you happen to be doing that as well.

Think of food as fuel for the body instead of feeding emotions

Welcome Taylor,
I think you will find lots of support and friendship here - don't hesitate to reach out. If you use all the tools in FitDay it will help you find your weaknesses... sweets? late night eater? party animal? stress eater? Once you have that knowledge, you will be well on you way to losing that stubborn 30 lbs.

This I know from experience .
5'4" 55yr
