Hi everyone! It's great to be back even though I am so ashamed of my behaviour!! I had always been skinny (I wore size 6 jeans) until a few years ago, when I became very fat. I lost it all finally. But then I put it back again. I lost it again and vowed never, ever to put it back. But, guess what??

Anyway, Here I am again, more motivated than ever! And this time, it won't be coming back I won't let it.

Greetings from Sydney! My week went great thank you) I lost four pounds and feel better already. I am now exactly 12 stone so the next loss will put me in the 11's. I really think that it sounds better than the 12s!!
