Why do some slots have a lower RTP in Ontario compared to the versions I played before regulation? Is that allowed?

Salutations! I was reading a review site in PEI and saw a high rating for https://extremejackpot.net/ www extreme casino. I entered a Sit-and-Go poker tournament. I was short-stacked early on but managed to bluff my way to the final table. Winning first place was incredibly satisfying after a rough week. The competition was tough, but the software ran perfectly smoothly.

Yeah, I’ve run into the same issue. A lot of the older slots had higher RTPs because there were fewer rules, but regulators now make sure everything meets minimum standards. That sometimes means your “lucky” game feels less generous. I try not to stress too much and focus on games that are provably fair slots, since you can actually check the outcomes aren’t manipulated. It’s a bit of a trade-off between nostalgia and security, but knowing the game is fair gives me more confidence than chasing the old high RTP versions.
