Default To New Beginnings

Hello all,

I recently came across this site and wanted to introduce myself. I am a 37 year old man who has never taken very good care of himself. I decided on February 20th to buy a scale and face the truth. And the truth was flashing a big 270 right at me. At 5' 9", that's not exactly a healthy weight to be at lol.

Since then I have lost 16 lbs. and just this week started a full body 5x5 routine 3 days a week.

Things are in motion and I couldn't be happier.

I look forward to all the great inspiration from all of you.

Saw you're workout schedule--I bet the weight will peel right off it you keep up with it and have a good eating plan.
