Default The Beginning....or is it a rebirth?

Hello,

In the recent past I've been through some trials that many ppl go through and the results of which can make or break someone.

Without going into details, I decided today that this was the end of the road I was walking on that was leading to an early grave, poor health and would take me away from my wonderful family.

I have a lot to live for and want to live it all too the fullest. I want to face the challenges I never had the opportunity, confidence, support or courage to face.

This is the beginning. Stay tuned and please encourage.

welcome to FitDay. Hitting rock bottom is an eye opener but you can only go up.

Welcome to FitDay and the forums!

I hear 'ya about the road to ruin--I was headed there myself at about 100 MPH less than a year ago.

You've taken a great step in putting on the brakes and switching lanes!

If there's anything we can do to help, just ask.

Regards,
Michael

4 days into it and down almost 5 pounds already. Energy level is climbing, feeling better every day. So pumped!

Ah, still pumped and the energy levels are still climbing! Down to 187.4 as of this morning. When I hit the 170 mark, going back to Judo and Jiu-Jitsu classes.
